2016 TFX Competition Workout: Gymnastics Density

20 Minute Time Cap

For this workout, you choose which order you want your team to complete this. All team members start on the start/finish pad, at the call of 3-2-1 Go, Athlete 1 will step forward and complete their Double Unders. Once all repetitions are completed they will move to their lane where they must complete a 50 foot Handstand Walk, 25 ft down and 25 ft back. Each lane will have 5 feet increments. If you fall down in between those markers, you must go back to the previous line before advancing. Once all 50 feet are complete, the athlete will then move to their pull up bar where they will complete their respective repetitions. Once completed the athlete will move back to their lane to complete the 50 foot Handstand Walk and then move forward to complete their Double Unders. Once complete, Athlete 1 tags Athlete 2 and continues in the same fashion until all team members are back on their start/finish pad. As the athletes move on the Double Unders increase in repetitions while the Pull Ups decrease in repetitions. Time will be called once Athlete 4 makes it back on their start/finish pad with their other teammates.
