Want a front row seat to all of the action? Join the TFX team! We are looking for exceptional individuals that want to help us put on one of the largest competitions in Texas. Below are the skills necessary and the 2019 TFX judges compensation package.
SKILLS NECESSARY
- Confidence: You must be able to call a no rep even if you feel bad for the person because they tried so hard
- Command: You must be 100% present, knowledgeable of movements, and fully engaged
- Integrity: You must hold the standard on movements for all athletes
- Knowledge of Correct Standards of CrossFit Movements
- L1 CF Certified *Helpful but not mandatory. Those who do possess their L1 will move to the top of list.
JUDGES WILL RECEIVE
- $100.00 cash
- Reebok shoes
- 2 event shirts
- Lunch, snacks and fuel

TFX JUDGES MEETING DATES
During the judges meeting we will train on the standards and the TFX competition. You will get hands on judging experience and role playing. You MUST attend one weekend training at minimum, preferably you would attend both.

All judges will be assigned to shifts during the competition, but you are required to commit to 2.5 days of the competition. Friday (half day) Saturday and Sunday 7:00am – 5:00pm.
